Cityscape, now in its 11th year, offers a platform for local and international developers to showcase projects across the residential, leisure, retail and hospitality sectors. The show is a well-known favorite for potential real-estate buyers. This was reflected with an attendance of over 17,000 visitors - observing the practical 3D representations of a multitude of different developments with some 100 brands exhibiting.

Aldar, a government owned master real estate developer of Abu Dhabi, understandably has annual pressures to dazzle at Cityscape and therefore make it a key objective to impress all.

Action Impact, having delivered Aldar’s previous two Cityscapes, embraced this year’s challenge of once again creating a branded experience that was contemporary, open, and stylish via an exhibition environment that highlights and encourages the sales of Aldar’s latest real-estate developments, such as ‘Alghadeer’, at ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre).

Achieved…a bold, completely white, ethereal like design with a kinetic centrepiece that flowed and danced to synchronised audio and video content via a grid of 250 moving ‘droplets’ – creating slow-motion type wave-forms. Supporting the main stand was a comprehensive customer service zone that operated seamlessly throughout the entirety of Cityscape.

To further contribute to an open and inviting environment, a multitude of specially commissioned semi-transparent LED screens were placed around the stand – playing abstract and branded content to direct visitors towards the main show and simultaneously create a visual ambience.
