The Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) appointed Action Impact to design & build their stand at GITEX 2010 - a 25m x 27m space was allocated in a prime position at Dubai World Trade Centre. Along with the many subsidiaries TRA wanted to showcase, we were also asked to highlight the 50th Anniversary of Telecommunications in the UAE. The stand included several distinct areas – reception, 3x workstations for .ae, e-government and .cert initiatives, a live broadcast area, a presentation/press conference suite, a 2nd tier platform which included a lounge with catering facilities, 3x meeting rooms and 2x offices for the Director General & Deputy Director General. We also designed & built a timeline wall which showcased pieces of telecommunication history. Another attraction was the interactive laser projector which communicated important information about TRA to the stand visitors.
