Al Futtaim Motors, the regional distributor for the Lexus brand wanted to deliver a simple, clean launch to the Abu Dhabi market in an elegant environment, allowing the spectacular new vehicle to take centre stage.
The Lexus LS launch was held at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi, arguably the most prestigious hotel location in the Emirate. The concept of this launch was to deliver to the guests the new Lexus LS in an elegant dining environment. Using the ballroom of the Emirates Palace Hotel, the presentation of the vehicle was clean and simple, allowing the car to be the 'hero'. The car was set onto a bespoke plinth with a simple black backdrop. The car was revealed smoothly with the 'Schlurper'. A simple, hidden silk drape reveals automatically and retracts into the stage behind the car. A simple piece of reveal music supported by clean lighting effects introduced the new vehicle to the audience. Three other vehicles around the room were simultaneously revealed to allow our guests to view and experience the brand Lexus LS.
