Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is currently undergoing a rebranding process and had asked Action Impact to assist on various projects required to support this:
- Internal video to communicate to 1,700 staff members
- A series of Brand communication workshops
- A CEO Town Hall event
The Town Hall event took place on the 5th June at ADNEC, a venue large enough to cater for the 1,300 guests expected to attend the event. Due to the Shari’a laws ADIB abides by, we were limited in terms of entertainment options so we had to resort to impressive technology to communicate and keep the attention of the attendees. The main objective was to reveal the new brand to the staff which was done by means of an impressive logo reveal animation on a massive Watchout screen set up behind the stage. We also had a number of speakers, a very enthusiastic MC and an interactive quiz which allowed guests to participate through a handheld device. Correct answers were collated into a random draw for prizes including scholarship bursaries, iPads and two cars.
