Twofour54 Kidzania

May 2010

Launched at Dubai Mall on 10 January 2010, Kidzania is a revolution in children’s entertainment and education. ‘Imagine a city made for children and run by them. A place where they fly the aeroplanes, they drive the buses and they work in the restaurants. Imagine a world where children are free to live out their dreams – playing adult roles in a world created just for them, in meticulous detail.’ As part of their marketing strategy and program, twofour54 decided to sponsor the TV studios at Kidzania. Action Impact was then commission to bring the space to life with the twofour54 brand language, like they had done with the main campus at Khalifa Park as well as twofour54 intaj studios at Abu Dhabi TV.

In essence, AI created a miniature version of the icon language and way-finding that they developed for twofour54’s campuses. The visual brand language blended in with the existing infrastructure at Kidzania and the icons looked quite playful and at home in a children’s environment.

Both twofour54 and Kidzania were pleased with the outcome and on the 20th  May 2010, Tony Orsten – CEO twofour54 officially launched twofour54 studios at a press launch held in the main auditorium at Kidzania.
