Mazad, the auction house of Dubai Properties, generated over AED 250 million within the first hour for 11 select lots during its third public sale which took place on the last day of Cityscape 2006.
Action Impact was engaged as Mazad was looking to convey the look, feel and emotions of their developments during the sales and auction event. Bespoke furniture was complimented with Graphic Panels to have highly-visible branding and to get across the Dubai Properties and Mazad quality promise. Ambient audio and visual solutions were also implemented to augment the overall professional appearance of the event.
Shahab Lutfi, Director of Business Development said: 'We are delighted with the outcome of our third auction. We had originally planned to offer nine lots in various residential and commercial projects, but due to the enthusiastic investor response, we increased the offering to 11 lots.'
